Company Policies

Go Green Woods .com and Participant agree that any action or proceeding brought to enforce the Company Policies or otherwise arising out of or relating to these Policies shall be commenced and maintained exclusively in any state or federal court located within New York State having subject matter jurisdiction with respect to the dispute between the parties.
